Villa Le Roc is situated in the private domaine of Mont d’Azur, Val d’Azur, just outside the charming village of Valbonne. Accessing the villa requires passing through two manned gates and the villa’s own private security gate, ensuring three secure layers before arrival.

It is only a short drive from some of the world’s most famous destinations: Monaco is just 35 minutes away, Cannes 30 minutes, and St. Tropez less than an hour. You can ski in the mountains with a 90-minute drive or enjoy a day trip to Italy in under an hour. Scenic destinations such as the Verdon Gorge, a must-see, are also just a similar distance away.

The pool area also boasts a pool house with ample seating, bar stools, outdoor ovens, a hot plate, and a bar.

The property offers parking for up to six vehicles in front of the house and a large entertaining space on the lower level that can comfortably host up to 100 guests. If you’re planning a special event or celebration, the Phoenix team can provide tables, chairs, cutlery, glasses, and more to accommodate your needs. For added convenience, there is a work van on-site for collecting additional furniture or facilities for events if required. Additionally, Villa Le Roc offers a luxurious Maybach Vito for hire. This six-passenger vehicle can be rented for €500 per day, inclusive of fuel, a driver, insurance, and taxes. Whether you’re heading to Monaco or having your driver wait nearby at a restaurant, this service is both practical and stylish.
